James A.Croson
Founder
Jim founded J.A. Croson in 1959 in Columbus, Ohio, he built the company into one of the largest plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Midwest. A Florida division was established in 1979 and developed into the current company, which has since expanded into Georgia, North Carolina,and South Carolina.
David Croson
Chief Executive Officer
Dave is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, the growth and development of the business, and is proactive in the development of JA Croson’s leadership team.
David is a graduate of Purdue University, holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Dave has been the team leader on many of JA Croson’s projects over the years, ranging from the 750 room Wyndham Hotel in Orlando, to overseeing the in house engineering and implementation of the plumbing scope for the 2000 plus unit project for Disney’s Art of Animation.
Dave brings unique managerial and engineering skills to any project, as well as an insistence for providing the engineering and financial value to our customers they have come to expect from us.
Paul Croson
President
Paul oversees the Estimating Department, and takes an active role in the most demanding projects. Paul is responsible for the overall operations of the company including safety, quality control, productivity, and resourcing.
Paul’s 20 plus years of hands on field experience and project supervision as well as his through knowledge of not only the plumbing field but the construction industry as a whole make him uniquely qualified for his current position where he has been instrumental in both JA Croson’s ongoing success and sterling reputation.
Taki Spinos
Vice President
Taki joined JA Croson in 1984. In his 29 years with the company Taki has acquired a wide range of skill sets, ranging from hands on field experience, including project management and supervision,to plumbing design evaluation and value engineering for individual projects.
Taki’s insistence on quality control, along with manpower allocation and logistics efficiencies, have made him an integral part JA Croson’s reputation and success.
Aggelos Haralampopoulos
Chief Financial Officer
With a decade of dedication to J.A. Croson LLC, Aggelos Haralampopoulos has been instrumental in the company’s financial integrity and success. A graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Finance and Management, he further honed his expertise by earning a Master’s in Business Administration.
Aggelos is a strong leader who guides an efficient office team. His approachable leadership style and ability to connect with people make him a trusted mentor and key figure in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
As CFO, he brings financial leadership, ensuring stability and growth while prioritizing long-term sustainability. His commitment to executing our values continues to shape the future of J.A. Croson LLC.
Bobby Hedrick
HVAC Division Manager
Bobby is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction. He has 28 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Contractor, including 13 years with J.A. Croson, where he established and developed the HVAC Division for the company. Bobby’s insistence on quality control, on site material management and strict supervisory oversight, along with his penchant for value engineering, have contributed greatly to our company’s sterling reputation in the HVAC field.
