James A.Croson
Founder
Jim founded J.A. Croson in 1959 in Columbus, Ohio, he built the company into one of the largest plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Midwest. A Florida division was established in 1979 and developed into the current company, which has since expanded into Georgia, North Carolina,and South Carolina.
David Croson
Chief Executive Officer
Dave is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, the growth and development of the business, and is proactive in the development of JA Croson’s leadership team.
David is a graduate of Purdue University, holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Dave has been the team leader on many of JA Croson’s projects over the years, ranging from the 750 room Wyndham Hotel in Orlando, to overseeing the in house engineering and implementation of the plumbing scope for the 2000 plus unit project for Disney’s Art of Animation.
Dave brings unique managerial and engineering skills to any project, as well as an insistence for providing the engineering and financial value to our customers they have come to expect from us.
Paul Croson
President
Paul brings a results-driven mindset and a deep well of industry knowledge to his role as Director of Estimating at J.A. Croson. With over 20 years of hands-on field experience and project supervision, Paul is not only an expert in plumbing, he has a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry as a whole, from planning to execution.
In addition to leading the Estimating Department, Paul plays a vital role in the overall operations of the company. His responsibilities span across safety, quality control, productivity, and resource management, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs with precision and purpose. His ability to combine detailed estimating with big-picture thinking has been instrumental in driving J.A. Croson’s ongoing success.

Taki began his journey with J.A. Croson in 1984, bringing with him a deep passion for craftsmanship and a relentless drive for excellence. Over his remarkable 41-year tenure, he has built a wide-ranging skill set—from hands-on field operations and project supervision to advanced plumbing design evaluation and strategic value engineering.
Taki’s strong dedication to quality control, along with his sharp eye for manpower planning and logistical efficiency, has made him a key contributor to J.A. Croson’s long-standing reputation for excellence. His leadership and technical expertise continue to set the bar for our projects, leaving a lasting impact on both our team and the industry..
Aggelos Haralampopoulos

With a decade of dedication to J.A. Croson LLC, Aggelos Haralampopoulos has been instrumental in the company’s financial integrity and success. A graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Finance and Management, he further honed his expertise by earning a Master’s in Business Administration.
Aggelos is a strong leader who guides an efficient office team. His approachable leadership style and ability to connect with people make him a trusted mentor and key figure in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
As CFO, he brings financial leadership, ensuring stability and growth while prioritizing long-term sustainability. His commitment to executing our values continues to shape the future of J.A. Croson LLC.
Bobby Hedrick

Bobby is a proud graduate of Auburn University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
With over 41 years of industry experience as a mechanical contractor, he brings a depth of knowledge and leadership. Since joining J.A. Croson in 1999, Bobby has played a key role in founding and expanding the company’s HVAC division, making it a cornerstone of our operations.
Bobby’s commitment to excellence is evident in every project he undertakes. His meticulous approach to quality control, strategic management of on-site materials, and disciplined oversight have consistently led to superior results.
